Exchange request or returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original container or package, receipt and price tags within 14 business days of receipt of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Returns or exchange request on SALE merchandise will not be accepted!

Exchanges Mail Exchange: If you are making an exchange, please use the pre-paid return label that is included in your order. Fill out the exchange portion of thre return label and drop your exchange at a USPS or UPS store. When we receive your exchange it will be mailed back to you at the original shipping address that was processed with your order. 

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa cards. Sales Tax is applicable on orders shipped to address in the state of Texas. Texas State law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product , by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. With exception to holidays. All orders are processed the same day or next day for a timely delivery.
